Texas Blue Pacific Crab is a family business with the owner experience of 25 years in the seafood industry. Our blue crabs are sourced from the blue waters of Los Mochis Sinaloa, Mexico and Matamoros. We are dedicated to providing the best quality blue crabs to our customers.
Our Blue crabs come from the blue waters of Los Mochis Sinaloa, Mexico, and another plant in Matamoros. We take pride in our 2-year-old Texas Blue Pacific Crab company that has flourished fast. Our goal is to make the best impression from Blue Crabs to our customers. The meat we serve is majority males crab. We cook them thoroughly to a temperature of 185° F, and shortly after, they are cooled to 65°F.
The crabs are separated into our fingers, jumbo lump, claw, and lump. The most difficult part, is shelling. The brown and white meat are separated. The shells are cracked and removed by hand from all our meat, besides our claws.
Lastly, we package. We are sanitized and clean when we label our cups. We put our products in the ice and in a cooler before they are sent out and sold.
